Attached is the "Draft" proposal from the ADK regarding the ADK/CDYLL unification. This information was presented and briefly discussed during the CDYLL's End of the Season Meeting. PLEASE read the draft document, discuss it with your individual programs and then forward any comments, input, questions to John Olsen at or Sheryl Lauria at as soon as possible. We will compile the information and forward it to the ADK. The ADK will present to the entire CDYLL membership in September. After that presentation by the ADK you will be asked to return to your programs discuss the information and then return in either October or November to vote on unification. This is a very important issue for EVERY program and it is imperative that each program is in attendance at the September presentation; all program directors, coaches and parents are invited to attend the presentation and are encouraged at that time to ask questions, clarifications, etc. The September meeting date will be determined and communicated as soon as that date is set.
